Have ordered previously and never had any issues. However, this order was very disappointing and makes us question future visits. Apart from donner wrap which was amazing, and the donner meat in the sexy box, the meal was below par for the cost of this meal at £42 plus paying an additional £5 in tip. Got home to a classic smash burger which was burnt and cold, very disappointing for someone trying for the first time…her words ‘a McDonald’s burger was nicer than that’. My sexy box smash burger was the same, very very disappointing and was not eaten. Dinner meat was lovely, but chips were hard and cold and also made the food waste bin. The Italian bomboloni was another waste of money, hard chewy and uneaten..again made the food waste bin. Almost returned food order to shop, however will probably not revisit as could have had a nicer meal from other local take aways at a far more reasonable price. Overall very disappointed with this order, especially since we have recommended this take away to family and friends. Lovely owners and social media advertisement, but if food quality has dropped to this level in this short time that’s a concern, and defiantly in my mind now that I know I can guarantee a nice meal from other local takeaways.

Hi Hi Stuart. I CAN GUARANTEE YOU QUALITY HAS NEVER DROPPED AND WILL NEVER DROP IN OUR SHOP. We sell smashed burgers they are a thin patty with crispy caramelized edges. Made fresh not frozen😉. You collected your food, so it’s out of our control that the food will still be HOT WHEN YOU GET HOME. 😉

Ordered a few bits and bobs to get 2 of us through a 5-hour train journey - all of the food was hot, full of flavour, well presented, and good sized portions. Really great selection of choices on the menu, too. Will 100% be ordering again

Ordered online & the new website was easy to navigate. I ordered the popular Combo Wings & Southern Fried Fillets Chicken Box, Chicken was tender & tasted delicious with the sweet chilly sauce. Staff was very helpful & my order was well presented for me to take away. will definitely be back again. 5 stars all round.

My third time ordering from Petri's, and I cannot recommend highly enough (especially the pizza and burgers!). I was unable to amend my previous review re the delivery time; there was, I was told, an issue with the system which was already due to be fixed. I received a phone call from the owner and some fantastic customer service, so thank you.

Ordered myself and my partner burgers, both were amazing but the sexy burger was sensational! So much flavour and freshness. Love the food from petris its one of the best takeaways in the area. Delivery is always really quick too.

I’ve ordered a sexy box from Petri’s tonight and I can tell this was the best food I ever had! The loaded fries were amazing, the burger was very good and fresh and the donner meat was so tasty! Food was amazing...this is the second time I've ordered, and the pizza crust especially is wonderful. I'd asked for my order at 10pm, but it arrived at 5:30pm while I was out - thankfully someone was in, but that's not really the point. 4.5 hours early is a bit of a stretch. While this doesn't take away from how wonderful the food quality is, it did annoy me a little, sadly.
